Set within Atherton, California, this custom luxury residence designed by Mike Khalesi, with interiors by One Beverly Hills, reflects a highly intentional approach to modern residential architecture—where sculptural forms, material warmth, and precision detailing define the spatial experience. From expansive entertainment areas to intimate private spaces, every environment was designed to feel cohesive, elevated, and technically refined.
For this project, Light & Green delivered a comprehensive architectural lighting solution designed to adapt to the residence’s varied functional and atmospheric needs. Narrowline recessed fixtures (LG-7012A) create sleek, uninterrupted linear illumination throughout circulation and main living areas, while Boost adjustable recessed downlights (LG-9021T / LG-9022T) provide directional precision for layered lighting control and focal emphasis.
To further enrich the architectural composition, Harmony recessed downlights (LG-9018) were integrated for clean general illumination, complemented by Linear Cove LED profiles (LG-5001) that introduce soft indirect lighting and ambient depth. Signature Knife Edge architectural lighting details reinforce the home’s minimalist ceiling language, resulting in a sophisticated lighting ecosystem that feels seamlessly embedded within the architecture itself.
